I LOVE A PARTY!!!! I even love a party in my mouth! You do too – that is why you are reading this! OK – so I admit – adding delicious stuff to already brain rattling good bacon might sound like a decadent idea – and IT IS! That is why I love it so much!
There isn’t much more I can say – because bacon all by itself makes most people drool. Mouth party bacon is almost obscene – and that is ok. Embrace your inner beast!
Mouth party bacon is great for a girls weekend get away, BLT’s on a weeknight (who doesn’t love a great comfort food during the week?) or a lazy Sunday morning. Only a tiny bit of planning is necessary.
You will note that the instructions read that you should NOT drain this bacon on a paper towel. Trust me – don’t. You will end up eating paper towel – and no one wants that. The paper towel sticks to the bacon like an 800 pound gorilla clings to the last banana in the kitchen on a Saturday night. Seriously. You can’t get the paper towel off and you also won’t be able to throw the bacon away – so then you are stuck eating paper towel!
Serving suggestions:
- on a great sandwich
- on a burger
- on a salad!
Leftover suggestions:
Your family leaves bacon left-over? Really? Just see serving suggestions above.
Let’s eat ya’ll!

And to my faithful readers here is a little post-blog dessert. Very occasionally, I have had the opportunity to be a “first glimpse” photographer for the local Humane Society Puppy Love Program. As soon as the puppies are received, their picture is made so that they can be entered into the program. A friend of mine is “the Puppy Queen” and before she had a camera available, I would sometimes take the pictures. Here is a picture of some ADORABLE puppies that have been available through my local Humane Society. See how cute they are? Why would you adopt your new family member from anyone else than your local animal shelter or Humane Society? Go adopt!
